  • We offer acute care, short-term rehabilitation, restorative nursing, or long-term care for residents who will need continued support, greater than can be provided in a home setting. Services can be provided through Medicaid, Medicare, private pay or supplemental insurance coverage. Let our staff assist to explain to you how your loved one’s needs will be met at our facility.

 

Rehabilitation Services

Following illness or injury, therapy is the best way to regain as much strength and function as possible. Therapy and Restorative Services

Facility staff works closely with the therapy team to ensure a regimented plan for rehabilitation is in place and carried through with all aspects of daily care. We work together as a team toward the same goal of getting the resident back to his/her highest level of functioning. Such a plan might include a dining program, positioning program, focus on activities of daily living, ambulation program, fall prevention program, just to name a few.

Our goal is to assist your loved one to regain the skills necessary to return home, if desired, or to maintain as many independent skills as possible. Quality of life is our goal. “Let us help you in caring for your loved one.”
